Our young engineers page will give some links to interesting activities and include activities which we hope will not only keep you busy and amused, but will help to show you how steam engines work and are mended 

Our first link is to the extremely popular Peter's Railway site and we are indebted to Chris Vine for permission to use this link

Statfold Barn 

A recent visit to Statfold Barn Railway was both enjoyable and very interesting -  it is well worth a visit . Their engineering department make parts for many preservation groups including for standard gauge locos.  As well as their workshop they have many interesting locos.
