Movement for Good

The Benefact Group are once again making donations under their "Movement for Good" - this insurance company donate all their profits to charity - The 2874 Trust has been successful in the past having received two donations.

Under the current round they are doubling up the grants to £2000 to a group of charities. To be in with a chance we do need the nominations of our supporters - the more nominations we get the more chances we have of success.  Even better, nominations can be made for more than one charity so you can give all your favourite charities a chance for a donation.

Dates for your Diary

September 27th and 28th - the GWSR are staging an event to celebrate Rail 200 and we will be taking part with a display at Toddington to showcase our restoration project - there will be the chance to have a look behind the scenes and get onto the footplate of a static loco.

October 25th and 26th - GWSR Autumn Showcase - again we will be on site with our sales stand
